Boy, When I read this article , I thought there was something wrong with me. I was eating one whole avacado at times. But, after reading comments from others readers, I feel, Iam not along.

I too have recently become addicted to avocados. One of my favorite ways to snack is using avocados in place of a traditional cheese type spread. Try a big slice of avocado on a reduced fat triscuit. Unbelievable!!

I am so relieved that I'm not the only one who can eat 1 or even 2 avocadoes at a time. After reading the article, I was feeling guilty, but everyone's comments have made me feel much better. I love them just plain - cut in half and grab a spoon. Viva avocado!
